Injection molding is molding treatment the materials. Melting plastic materials, injected into the mold cavity and cooling, and then processed into the required shape,the formed shape is the final appearance of the finished product, needn’t other processing. In addition, the injection molding process can control the details well, during the injection molding process, protrusions, ribs, threads and other parts can be molded in one step.

Blowing molding

Blow molding is a fast-developing plastic processing method, also known as hollow blow molding. The processing principle is: Put the thermoplastic resin or tubular plastic blank into the mold, and then inject compressed air into the mold after the mold closed, inflated the plastic blank and approach the inner wall of the mold, then obtain the required hollow product by cooling and demolding.

It is worth mentioning that, similar to blow molding of hollow products, the manufacturing process of blown film does not use molds in principle, which is completely different between to injection molding. According to the blank production method, blow molding can be divided into extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding. The new development direction is multilayer blow molding and stretch blow molding.
